Jax's Story...
Hi! My name is Jax and boy am I CUTE! I am around two years old and my fosters think I may be a chihuahua/terrier mix. I only weigh around 10 lbs and boy am I smart! I already know the commands lay, down, and leave it! I also know how to sleep in a crate at night quietly. I'm not 100% perfect with my house training yet but I'm getting better and better every day! I will be there in no time! I love all other dogs and would probably do great with cats (but I might try to play with them). I am FANTASTIC with kids, oh boy are they fun! I'd love to meet you and be a friend to you and your furkids!

I'm up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, and heartworm negative. I'm currently fostered in Huntsville, Alabama but I'm not picky about where I end up as long as I'm an inside dog and loved.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jax, a Nashville Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
