Chester's Story...
Hi! My name is Chester. I'm a 6.5 month old Domestic Short Hair. I have been de-wormed and received all my vaccinations. I am also neutered and ready to go home. I will also require a rabies vaccine after my adoption. I came into the shelter with my brother and sister and we are all very happy kitties. We enjoy attention, our pets, and people talking to us. I am a little older than all the other kittens in here but I can be just as playful as them when I want to be. I look forward to finding my new forever home soon. One last thing you should know is that I was found in the County of Vermilion River, so I cannot go to a home in this County but anywhere else is just great!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Chester, a Lloydminster Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Lloydminster, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Lloydminster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lloydminster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lloydminster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lloydminster paves the way for another one to be saved.
