My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Red is a gorgeous pup brought up from a high kill shelter in rural Alabama to be fostered regionally in RI. Breed mix is a total guess....could be Rhodesian, Redbone or Vizsla, mixed with some Lab. His sister Heidi is more German Shepherd-like, so that could be in him as well. He photographed more Mastiff-like than he appears in person and is very striking with his red coat, liver nose and yellow eyes! This is a perfect pup for most....full family, active single, etc. Just a perfect boy. A little on the older puppy side at five to six months, which is the perfect age for training and past the puppy mayhem stage. He is an extremely friendly, unflappable, solid, sweet and attentive boy. Will be a breeze to train as he gives attention naturally and very much wants to please. Close to housebroken at this time. Strongest advice is to submit an application along with your inquiry.
