Paisley's Story...
Hi, my name is Paisley! A long time ago, I was dropped off in a box in the woods with my brother and sister. I don’t know why we were left there, but we were always very good. A kind lady who worked with Alamo City found us and brought us inside her house. We got to go see a really nice doctor who made sure we were all healthy. We had really itchy skin, but they gave us special medicine to make it better. My brother and sister have both found their furever homes, but I have not been so lucky. I am now 1 year old. I am a very good girl. I do not go potty in the house. I like my crate, too. I get along with all of the dogs I have ever met and I even have a friend who is a cat. I really like kids, too! I also like to go for runs or long walks with my family. I just need to find the right furever family to love! Are you that family?

Adoption Fee: $150.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Paisley, a San Antonio Blue Heeler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler for sale in San Antonio, or seeking a Blue Heeler dog from a breeder in San Antonio.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Antonio already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Antonio breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler breeders who help with Blue Heeler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Antonio paves the way for another one to be saved.
