Duke is a 10 year old, welsh corgi/lab mix. Duke is a sweet little boy who has been patiently awaiting a new family. His former family could no longer keep him, due to not allowing pets. Duke is good in the car and walks well on a leash. Duke does not do well with other dogs, he definitely doesn't like cats and is a little shy and hesitant with men. When you open your heart to a senior dog, they will show their appreciation for the rest of their life. His adoption fee is $145.00
He is neutered, current on vaccinations, heartworm negative, has his annual rabies vaccination, dewormed and micro-chipped. If you are interested in adopting him please fill out an online application at www.partnersforpetsil.org.
Adoptions are held at the O'Fallon, IL PetSmart every Saturday of the month from 11am-3:30pm and at the Glen Carbon, IL PetSmart every Sunday of the month from 11am-3:30pm. We are also at Petco in Edwardsville Crossing every Sunday of the month from 11:30-3:30 pm. The cats are only at Glen Carbon. Please let us know if you are interested in a pet and we can arrange to have them meet you at one of the adoption events.
