Hubble (and Larry) are Sponsored by: Gail & Ron Makara

SNAP Cats pulled Hubble from the Rohnert Park Animal Shelter to keep Larry, another FIV+ cat, company. Hubble's cuteness factor is out of this world! He came to us as a stray with a previously injured left eye, which left him with a corneal scar. But it doesn’t slow him down! Hubble’s very spunky, playful and a real cuddle bug (once he gets to know you). To keep him healthy, Hubble needs an indoor only cat. With being a plain black cat and FIV+ we’re going to have to try extra hard to find him a wonderful, loving home.

Hubble's currently in foster care with Larry (see below). They are getting along great. Please share this with everyone you know. Maybe we can find someone who'll adopt them together! Because you know what they say about FIV+ cats - They're like potato chips, you can't have just one!

About SNAP Cats

About Our Rescue Group...

Animal shelters, cat rescues and sanctuaries in Sonoma County (and the U.S.) are full. Innocent cats are being killed due to lack of space and/or funds. The first cats to be killed are special needs, elderly and feral cats, or cats who aren’t deemed “adoptable.” That’s unacceptable.

SNAP Cats is the only rescue & sanctuary in Sonoma County dedicated to special needs cats. SNAP Cats' specific focus is rescuing these cats, housing them, then finding them loving homes. We believe, if given a few more days or weeks or months, an older or special needs or feral cat can find the home that they deserve.

Therefore all cats at SNAP Cats, regardless of health, age or temperament, are available for adoption or foster care. Those who cannot or are not adopted, due to age, illness or temperament, are able to live out the remainder of their natural lives in a peaceful, healthy, serene environment, free from judgment or harm.

Our Adoption Process...

Fees vary per cat. All prospective adopters must fill out an adoption form, then meet with an adoption councilor.
