Mercy is a mild mannered sweet girl. When we rescued her she was in a yard with two kids. One was rolling over her feet w/ a scooter. She did not retaliate against the antagonizing child. The father surrendered Mercy to us willingly when asked. We had Mercy fully vetted. Records go to adopter upon finalization of adoption. Call/Text Traci @ 504-975-5971
