My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Roxy was surrendered to a shelter by her "family." She was tied in the back of the truck -- she was situated in the center with a rope tied to each side of the bed of the truck.

The "family" wanted Roxy's leash and collar back before leaving the shelter. It just burns me when a leash and collar is more valuable than the dog.
