Tango's Story...
Tango is one of the lucky ones we saved from euthanasia at the Los Angeles kill shelter. She is very affectionate and prefers to be on your lap and next to you at night. She is fine with other small dogs but big dogs scare her. She was found as a stray in horrible condition; emaciated and with hair so thick and matted and full of foxtails that they punctured her skin. In their haste to ease her of her misery, the shelter sheared off her fur but unfortunately a nipple was taken off as well. She is healed from her wounds and ready for love. She weighs about 7lbs, is about 5 years old and will be very attached to her human. For adoption or further info, please call 310-431-7818 or email rescues@bff4pets.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tango, a Los Angeles Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
