Freckles (female)
Intake date: 10/20/14
Breed: DLH Maine Coon mix
Approx DOB:  10/20/2007
Adoption fee: $75

Good with other cats/dogs: yes
Vetting: altered (spayed/neutered), UTD on shots, FIV negative
Health issues: none found
Temperament:  Bossy, in charge, the Queen!

Intake reason:  Freckles came in with Miss Kitty after being surrendered to Dr. Core’s clinic.   Make no bones about it, Freckles is in charge of the Meow House.  She rules the roost and no one stands in her way.  She gets along with almost every cat except a couple of them who are female and who think they might want to take over her reign.  It ain’t happ’n.  She’s a Meow House favorite as she lounges on her thrown... which would be any one of the cat trees... watching over her pride.  She’s perfect for someone who appreciates this type of cat and who will cater to her just like the queen she is.  Freckles has been with us for a long time, and she longs for a palace of her own.
Others notes:   Only adopters with a responsible cat ownership history and excellent vet reference need apply.   If you bring this pet into your heart and home, you will receive in return many years of love, companionship, and loyalty.  That’s our guarantee.   Keep in mind BEFORE APPLYING that a cat’s lifespan is 15-20 years… sometimes even longer!   If you cannot provide a FOREVER home, please do not apply!

**IMPORTANT NOTES:  This pet is available for adoption through Ninna’s Road to Rescue, Benton, La.  We are 501c3 non-profit organization.  Our mission is to rescue small-breed dogs and a handful of cats and to re-home them into RESPONSIBLE and CARING forever homes.   To apply to be approved to adopt, please e-mail for an adoption application.

We adopt our rescues out to the RIGHT home, not just A home. Only responsible pet owners need apply.

Applying to adopt does NOT commit you to the adoption until you’ve met the pet (unless you already have).
