My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MARLEY is a 10 month old neutered yellow female Lab who weighs 60 pounds. Marley was a stray to a rescuer who found her walking around. When she found her owners, they didn't want her back. Marley is such a sweet little girl!! She is house trained with great house manners but is a high energy puppy! She LOVES to play with her foster brothers and snuggle with them at night. Marley does pull on the leash at first but calms down quickly. She does not like to be crated but will go in when necessary. She gets startled from loud noises but bounces back quickly when she realizes she is safe. Marley is very scent driven and can be obsessive about searching out bunnies and squirrels. She would do best with another dog that she can play and run with! Marley needs to go to a family that will not leave her for a long workday. She's a puppy that hasn't had much training so needs to be working on that. She also needs a fenced-in yard. No apartments/townhouses as she is easily startled by loud noises. She is approved for kids 10+. More info soon!Oct 18, 2014: What a dream this girl is. She loves to run and play in the yard with the boys but settles very nicely. Marley will chase the ball and return it but is not obsessive. She is much more interested in following the scents of rabbits and squirrels. It is quite breezy and she would just stand and enjoy the wind in her face. I think she can smell her forever family and is wondering when they will come meet her.

Marley is a 10 month old yellow spayed female. She was spayed on 10/6 and needs to take it easy until about 10/20. She is current on her vaccines and will need a Lepto and Distemper booster between 10/17 and 10/24. Marley weighs 60 pounds.
