Jessup's Story...
Say hello to Jessup! This sweet puppy boy is going on six months old now and really needs a forever loving home. We rescued his momma, who is a Bluetick Coonhound, less than two days before these sweethearts were born. With no home to call her own, we were very lucky to have gotten Gracie, aka Momma, transported before she whelped. Out of twelve surviving puppies, this boy and two girls are all that's left! According to the people who contacted us about rescuing Gracie, the father of these babies was a Great Pyrenees on a neighboring Amish farm. They are beautiful puppies who certainly look their mix! Jessup is sweet and playful like most puppies. Gracie only weighs 40-45 lbs so we expect he will be more of a medium size. He is currently living outside at a farm rescue so he will need house training. He has had all his puppy shots and has been de-wormed. His vetting will be finished upon adoption as these remaining babies are being networked to other rescues as well. His adoption fee will be $150 and will cover a final booster, his neuter, rabies vaccination, and heartworm test if necessary. With this breed mix, Jessup will be very smart and highly trainable!
