My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rosa was found this summer as a stray and her owner was never found. She's definitely led a very rough life. Her skin infection was horrible and very painful looking. Her skin looks amazing and hopefully the hair will grow back fully on her back. She's heartworm negative. She is around 5 years old and 5 lbs. She will be spayed, chipped and have a dental soon. She's up to date on shots, heartworm prevention, and flea prevention. She's had many exams since she was so bad off when she came to us. She can be scared of bigger dogs. She was hardly socialized with other dogs when she first came to us. She's made huge progress but would prefer to be with other tiny dogs or the only dog. I'm sure the big dogs on the street were mean to her little tiny self. She's still learning humans aren't evil. She doesn't flinch when we pet her any more. She will give kisses. She's a beautiful deep chocolate & tan chihuahua. Rosa needs a forever or foster home asap. Again we adopt all over the us. Email animalhelperneworleans@gmail.com for an application.
