My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Here is the most amazing and friendly group of seven siblings ever to be lucky to get out of north Georgia! Rebecca, Rocco, Ria, Ricardo, Rayna, Rhoda and Rosanna were born in foster care after a coonhound rescue saved their momma from a north Georgia mountains high kill shelter. Their few adopters were looking for purebred coonhounds and weren’t interested in these best babies because they were mixes…so the RAIN girls stepped in to whisk them out of the crappy south and fine them amazing homes in the northwest! The siblings are all each spayed and neutered and have been in foster care since born. They are between 17-22lbs now at 3 months and 3 weeks. The litter was born on the 4th of July and we expect them to be large dogs. Momma coonhound (we have a pic) weighs about 58 lbs and daddy is the GSD. The “R” puppies are all very independent, social and super friendly! They are beautiful pups; lively, super smart and very affectionate. They are very similar in their personalities, only Ria is slightly smaller. They learn and bond to new folks quickly and get along great with all other dogs and cats. At foster Tracy’s house now until transport to Washington on Nov 4th, they are around a lot of other dogs big and small and farm animals too! The pups are eager for their new families, ready for puppy class and eager to have a “purpose”. They are obedient, good with kids and will make exemplary family pets. The best blend of mellow and family hound and smart and loyal German shepherd. They are energetic and fun- but will be satisfied with a long walk every day and social outlets in place of their siblings. They LOVE to play and would love another pet in the household. The kids will be arriving in the Seattle area on Saturday, Nov 8th and ready to go home then! Their adoption fee is $500, in addition to being spayed and neutered they have been vaccinated and micro-chipped. Please email Tracy at samone371@gmail.com with any questions or to apply for adoption online go to www.raincityrescue.com and choose foster/adopt tab. Truly a great group of amazing pups that will be your family’s best buddy forever!
