My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tom is such a friendly, playful cat. He is 3 ½ years old and has always been an indoor cat. He loves to cuddle, so if you’re sitting down or lying in bed he’ll be quick to join you. He loves cat toys & will keep you entertained playing with you or alone. He’s always been a healthy cat, been neutered & has had yearly check-ups. Sometimes when playing he nips occasionally, but has never caused injury. Tom & his brother Jerry were our first babies & had all our attention for over a year. The 2 cats have been together since birth. Since adding a couple kids to our home they both have proven to be such wonderful pets with children. Tom is patient with a toddler pulling & pushing or sitting on him, and has never caused harm to our babies. He is a medium hair cat, so twice a year we would have him groomed, as a way to maintain less shedding at home. He has both his front & back claws and could probably transition to be an indoor/outdoor cat with no problems.
We originally only wanted one cat, but it has been the best decision to have both, Tom & Jerry. They are home alone frequently, due to our frequent trips or just being out of the house for several hours a day, so it helps keep them happy having each other for company. The best situation would be for them to be adopted together. He is housebroken & has always used a litter box with no problems.
