Here's what the humans have to say about me:
DOB March 12, 2014.
Indiana Jones is an amazing boy who is always up for action and adventure. His adventures went a little too far when his previous owners let him out on their balcony. Indiana Jones fell 8 floors and broke his jaw, front left leg and hind right leg. With no money to treat his severe injuries he was brought to a shelter and subsequently transferred into TCR’s care. He has spent 2 months in a cage healing his broken bones. He will always have a pronounced limp and a bit of a crooked mouth but he doesn’t let this get him down. He is full of energy, playful, affectionate and an all around wonderful cat. He gets along well with other cats, would probably be fine with dogs if introduced properly and his foster mom does not think he would mind kids at all. With enough toys and snuggles we would also be fine as an only cat. He eats dry food with no problems and enjoys wet as a treat.
His foster mom has no doubt that he would take another flying leap from a balcony if given the opportunity so it is mandatory that he do his bird watching strictly indoors. His front leg has been in a splint for 8 weeks so there is still some residual muscle wasting and weakness that will go away with time. It is very possible that he will develop arthritis in the future so his new owners must be prepared to provide supportive care if and when the time comes.
Indiana Jones is ready for the next adventure to begin and he hopes it can be with you!
