Red Daisy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Red Daisy's Story...
Red Daisy came to us from another rescue group. She was having problems in her foster home and required some hands on training.
Red Daisy would love a home that is calming. She loves other dogs, yet strangers can cause her to have some anxiety. She walks well on a leash but would not do well at dog parks. She loves to be sang to, and enjoys tag with her human. She will train YOU to fetch a ball in a nanosecond while she lounges on a chaise. Red Daisy is 5-7 years old and can really dance when she wants to!

Red Daisy, a Acton Basset Hound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound for sale in Acton, or seeking a Basset Hound dog from a breeder in Acton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound breeders who help with Basset Hound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acton paves the way for another one to be saved.
