A.J.'s Story...
Hi my name is A.J. and I am the most HANDSOME five year old boy. My coat is simply amazing and UNIQUE. I look like a MAINE COON but I have SIAMESE colors of tan, beige, and fawn and sparkling BLUE eyes. My paws are exceptionally long and big. I am a very active boy who loves to PLAY with toys and pretty much everything else. I will bat around balls and pull toys out of storage areas to be FUNNY. I like to follow people into the bathroom and squeeze my paw through the door to open it. I will let you know when I'm hungry and will come running for breakfast and dinner. I am very VOCAL when I want something. I love to sit in my cat tower by the window and love to sleep on your LAP or curl up between your legs. When you get home, I love to GREET you at the door. I really do love humans. I am looking for a home with someone who will enjoy my antics and let me run the show. Oh and a home without dogs would be my preferences. Cats are ok but I really would like to be the KING. I will give you my heart if you give me yours. I am neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

A.J., a Long Beach Maine Coon cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Maine Coon cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
