Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cooper came into rescue when his "owner" decided he deserved a better life. See, Cooper spent the first 3 years of his life chained to a tree. HE was rescued by a good samaritan and is a real trooper. He went to 4 different people plus the vet's office on his rescue day and never even whimpered. He rode well in the car and was excited to look out and smile at all of the passing cars. He has great manners and loves people. He is scheduled for his neuter on November 4th and will be ready for his forever home the following weekend. Cooper is going on a home visit with a wonderful family this weekend (Nov. 14th).
