My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dover is a dynamite dog! He's a 5 year old prison graduate that was recently adopted and returned because the family kept him on a rope when outside and he kept escaping. Dover would love a fenced in yard to run and play. His owner said he was a great dog indoors. He got along with the other dog in the family and ignored the cat. Dover was fine alone in the house and excellent with his house-training. He was not exposed to small children but easy going with older ones. This fellow is very afraid of storms. Dover knows many tricks- shake with both paws, high-five, roll-over, play dead, and sit pretty. He will also hold a treat on his nose. It's sad that he is back at the shelter but great for someone looking for a wonderful family pet. Dover just may be the dog of your dreams!
