Macy's Story...
S/F, 1-2 Years, German Shepherd/Airedale Mix, Approx. 45 lbs.

Hello! I'm a fine and sweet little gal who was very reluctantly given
up by my previous people. I'm an exceptionally adoring and adorable dog
who just can't seem to catch a break in life! I want nothing more to be
in a wonderful forever home where I can lavish my people with all the
abundance of love and gratitude that is within me. Is that too much to
ask? Oh, I don't think so. I'm a bit shy initially, but once I get to
know you? BIG smoochies comin' your way!! I'm house-broken,
house-trained, and I seem just fine with other friendly dogs and
well-mannered, older children. (The tiny ones can be a bit scary!) Ask
to meet me! I truly am a GEM of a dog!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Macy, a Denver German Shepherd Dog/Airedale Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Airedale Terrier for sale in Denver, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Airedale Terrier dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Airedale Terrier breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Airedale Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
