My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Emmett. I was born in late August 2014. I am a very sweet-natured, playful and silly kitten. I am also a very handsome boy. I have soft, silky fur and I love being petted and brushed. I purr to tell you how much I enjoy the attention and affection. I love playing with toys and other kitties. I'm getting used to being around dogs too. I use a litterbox like a good boy and I'm learning to use a cat scratching post. I'm a wonderful kitten who wants a home of my own and someone to love for life. Please give me a chance! Adoption fee: $100 and includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, neuter, microchip and 30 days of free health insurance. Adopt two kittens: $150.

Paws For Life Rescue

Adoption and Foster Care Application

Adoption Process:
Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
