My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Spencer is a beautiful, 5 month old Mini Aussie with the bluest of blue eyes. Spencer was born deaf but he knows no different. He is typical of his breed and is extremely intelligent and high energy so is best suited an experienced home dedicated to exercising him to prevent boredom. He would also love another dog to be in the home to act as his ears for him. He already knows sit and paw by intently watching hand signals. Like all deaf dogs, a home with a fully fenced yard and always being leashed in public is crucial. Spencer will bark when he is trying to get your attention and for approx. 15 mins when he is first put into his crate so he is not suited for apartment/condo dwellings. He keeps his crate clean. Spencer is a happy-go-lucky little guy who loves nothing more than to follow you around the house and play with his foster siblings. He will bring a lot of joy and fun energy into an active, dedicated household.
