Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Little Jackie had a rough start to her young life but that has not stopped her from living life to the fullest. She can be lovely quiet girl that would love to spend time on the couch cuddling or a rambunctious puppy out side playing. A bit on the shy side she warms up quickly and has tons of love to give. Could it be with you? She will be arriving soon to Calgary from her foster home in Mexico.
She is a 6 month old bouncy ball of puppy breath, kisses and squeaky toys. She is good with all other dogs, cats and all people, though due to her bouncy nature we wouldn’t place her in a home with valuables strewn across the coffee table....kinda bull-in-china-shop just yet. Jackie is super social and super friendly. This girl has never met a stranger she wouldn't give kisses to, or share her toys with in hopes of a little play time.
Jackie is a happy go lucky kinda gal and would do outstandingly well in almost any home. Ideally we would like somewhere with a canine companion for her since we expect she will miss her doggie friends dearly when she leaves her foster home. Or a family of kids.
Do you have the love to give this little one? If so, please fill out our application at
We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.
NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
