Tay and Ty - At Petco's Story...
These two beautiful boys are now in the Germantown Petco. They were saved from a remote location. They have striking Maine Coon markings, one is dark brown and the other is lighter. They have been through a lot and are quite bonded. Our preference is that they go together if possible. They have very sweet personalities even with all they have been through. They will have to go through our regular vetting process so it will be 3-4 weeks until they are available for adoption however, we will approve their adopter in advance to ensure they are in their safe, forever home right away. * Our kitties are: Spayed/neutered, combo tested for Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids, administered vaccines (age appropriate), treated for parasites, and most have microchips. Our adoption fees are low. The adoption fee for each of these is $150.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tay and Ty - At Petco, a Germantown Maine Coon kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maine Coon for sale in Germantown, or seeking a Maine Coon kitten from a breeder in Germantown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Germantown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Germantown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maine Coon breeders who help with Maine Coon rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Germantown paves the way for another one to be saved.
