My basic info
Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Zekie, and I am a 37-year old Congo African Grey. I'm the perfect companion bird as I'm easy-going and entertaining. I mimic cats, dogs, squeaky doors, and just about everything. I can also ring like a telephone. I love to play with my toys inside my cage and on the play top. I step up for both men and women after we get to know each other briefly. In fact, I prefer shoulders much to my foster folks chagrin. I eat Zupreem pellets and not too much else right now, but my foster parronts are working on that as they say I need to have a balanced diet including vegetables, some fruits, and healthy nuts (remember no peanuts for parrots!). I am growing an interest in bananas, though! I'm a fun loving bird and an easy-keeper, so please come meet me very soon!
