Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Dusty is a 5-6 month old English spring spaniel mix. He currently weighs 30-35 lbs. His is just gorgeous! A stunning dog everyone stops and wants to pet him. Super sweet and friendly too. Medium energy level. Dusty loves to run and play, take long hikes or snuggle for a movie. Whatever your day holds Dusty wants to be a part of it. Dusty is great with other dogs. He is in a foster home that simply adores him! Dusty was rescued from a high kill shelter in TN. You could no find a better, companion, buddy, friend.
If you are interested in giving Dusty a wonderful home, go to our Facebook page and download the application from the "Notes" section. While you are there, please "Like" our page to see our new available dogs and keep up with upcoming events.

You can also email us at merceranimalrescue@gmail.com and we will email an application to you. Feel free to call Beverly at 901-651-6322 with questions about the dogs or Angela at 203-909-8861 anytime with questions about our adoption process.
Dusty's adoption donation is $495 which helps to cover the neutering, shots, bordetella (kennel cough), vet examination, certificate of health and transportation.
Dusty is living in a foster home just outside of Memphis, TN. He will travel to his new family by professional pet transport once he has been adopted. We use a weekly transport to the northeast and a twice monthly transport to Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Our primary source of funding comes from this adoption donation. This donation allows us to rescue other dogs in danger of being put to sleep, injured or sick dogs and dogs that have never known the comfort of a home
