I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Sweetie's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sweetie's Story...
I know I may look mean, but please know my heart is warm and kind. I think that's why my foster family named me Sweetie. Since being with my foster parents they found out I was heartworm positive, but I have been treated and doing well now. I will need to continue taking heartworm preventive, but that's not hard to do. Well... If you think that you can find it in your heart to give this good old girl a nice yard to call home then call the animal shelter and schedule a time to come visit with me. Please act soon.... Crossing my paws and waiting- Sweetie

Act quickly to adopt Sweetie. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sweetie, a Brenham Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Brenham, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Brenham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brenham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brenham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brenham paves the way for another one to be saved.
