Blondie is currently fostered in Cleveland Ohio, and her adoption donation/fee is $150
Blondie is 1 year old, all white female cocker spaniel with special needs.
She was the outcome of a Merle to Merle breeding. For those of you who aren't aware of the term, it is when both the male and female being bred together carry the Merle gene. This type of breeding produces pups with birth defects such as deafness, blindness or both.
Blondie is both deaf and blind, but she doesn't know it!!! She gets around just like any other seeing and hearing dog, and is so super sweet and playful!!!! These special needs dogs are known to have the best disposition, and she sure is proof of that!! She is great with children, other dogs, and loves everyone she meets.
Blondie is also house trained and knows to go to the door when she needs to potty. It is truly amazing to see this girl in person, she uses her other senses to get around, of course if the furniture gets moved, she will bump into stuff, but once she knows the layout, its no problem for her at all!!
She does need to be in a home with a secured fenced in yard for her safety, we will not make any exceptions with her adoption in this area. If you can look past this girls special needs, you will see what a super special girl she is, to meet her is to absolutely fall in love with this girl!!
Blondie is already spayed, up to date on vaccines and heartworm negative.
