AXEL also affectionately know as PUNKY is a 9lb Doxy/Poodle or Schnauzer mix. He is a sweet little man who is sociable and very friendly. Axel was found very neglected and once rescued had to be shaved down due to his coat being so matted. He is sporting a "punky" trim at the moment and is feeling sooo much better for a trim and bath. He has a Dachshund face and a long thin body shape but the fur on his body is soft and wavy. Axel needs a home with a fenced yard and someone to love him. He runs around the backyard looking for critters and is very active. Axel gets along with other dogs big and small. They all accept his easy going personality. He is approx. 3 years old, heartworm negative, neutered and vaccinated. Plus he now micro chipped so he will never be lost or without ID again. Axel is housetrained and sits patiently for treats and has a soft mouth. If you would like more info on Axel please contact fudgiesmom2@aol.com
