Lucy Lou was rescued from a high kill shelter, and left to die. Thank goodness for Bichons and Buddies. They saw what an amazing dog she is and brought her into there rescue. Lucy Lou is a loving, kind lots of fun very smart dog. If Lucy Lou could talk for herself she would say she loves to be loved. She adores taking walks, and is a dog with a lot of personality.
