Kiki's Story...
Hi My name is Kiki and i am the sweetest little 8 year old female Chihuahua weighing only 6 pounds

My foster mom says I am very affectionate, perky and sweet. and . She's says I looks like a miniature deer/gazelle with my beautiful long legs and neck,

one of my eyes eye is cloudy, but I manages perfectly and it does not hinder me from playing with the other dogs or cats in the household, whom I love

Unfortunately the man in my last home was mean to me, so although I am great with men outside, In my home i get very scared and will bark at a man and growl as my memory is stiil full of my last home and the "mean man" So preferably a home without another man full time. I know thats hard but I promise i am worth it and so want a home where I wont be scared

.I love chewies and her frog-toy. . or just cuddling up with my humans and my foster also says I have this thing of hugging you with my front paws, like tiny hands, and lie on my back in your arms like a baby.

I am spayed, up to date on shots, and will walk on a leash. I use we pads inside or naturally outside

Please email Linda for an application at Mslodonspets@aol.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kiki, a Long Beach Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
