QUICK UPDATE - 8 JANUARY 2014: Joe is all vetted and ready for his foster or forever home!

Joe is a 3-year-old male who will be available once his vetting is completed. He was a stray at the Louisa County Animal Shelter and had a potential adopter. He was great with her children but when she was informed that she had to get him neutered, she decided not to adopt Joe. He is a little nervous in the kennel environment but outside of the kennel he is sweet, very affectionate and low key. Because he was stray, Joe's history is unknown.
