My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

He and another female walked up on my property about 5 1/2 years ago. I was able to find a home for the female but not for him. I could tell that he had been abused because any loud noises would scare him and he wouldn't go through a doorway if anyone was around. When I would grab his leash he would hit the ground as if he was beaten with one. He was underweight, never had a bath, and was not neutered. He also had heart worms which have been taken care of. He is even just now starting to play with dog toys and bones.

He is a wonderful dog that gets along great with other dogs, male or female, large or small, older children and adults. He has never been around cats so I am unsure of how he would act. He's indoor only, housebroken, crate trained, goes outside without a leash, and knows basic commands. He has been neutered, up to date on shots, micro-chipped, and gets monthly heartgard and advantix. He also gets a monthly bath and brush out at Petsmart.
