My name is Skipper!

Labrador Retriever Mix Dog for adoption in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota - Skipper

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Skipper's Info...

I am already neutered and housetrained.

Skipper's Story...
Skipper is a young yellow lab. He seems pretty calm for a lab, and is already neutered! He seems to be good at waiting to be let outside to 'do his thing', and always welcomes a treat and a good petting session! I recommend this guy for anyone who has always wanted a lab.

ADOPTION FEE: $ 96.64

If this pet is not already altered, you will be responsible to have this done. These services are available at the CMACC location through Sauk Rapids Pet Care at a reduced cost.

CMACC is a "professional animal care facility where the welfare of animals is our top priority"

Most of the animals that come to our shelter were previously strays. We have no background info or vaccination or health history unless we vetted them. We do not DNA test the animals before adoption, so we do not know actual breed(s) of the animals. Ages are approximate.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Skipper, a Sauk Rapids Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Sauk Rapids, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sauk Rapids.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sauk Rapids already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sauk Rapids breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sauk Rapids paves the way for another one to be saved.
