Buddy's Story...
Independent Man Cat. Buddy is a 12 year old, long-haired, grey & white guy who is very independent. He likes attention, but he needs to come to you for pets and brushing. Once you've earned his trust , he's a loving friend and great companion. He would like to be your one and only, without lap competition from any other cats. He would do best in a quiet home with no other pets or children.

Buddy qualifies for our Senior Pension Plan! No fee to adopt, free annual exam and vaccinations, plus a yearly CBC blood work-up for the rest of his life.

Our cats must be adopted to live indoors only and may NOT be de-clawed. For more information about PAWS or to fill out an application visit:

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Norwalk Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Norwalk, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Norwalk.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Norwalk already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Norwalk breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Norwalk paves the way for another one to be saved.
