Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cosmos is an energetic love bug! He is very friendly and adores people (including kids!) He is about 1.5-2 years old, and weighs around 50 lbs. Cosmos lived on the Indian Reservation. His family didn't keep him safe inside, and the police picked him up as a stray. Now Cosmos has a chance at a better life and is hoping to have a family that will appreciate him. Cosmos is very playful! He loves to run and chase a ball. He would be a great hiking/jogging buddy. He is good with most other medium/large dogs, but a few do rub him the wrong way. He has a prey-drive, so he should not be around small dogs or cats. Cosmos has tested positive for valley fever, a fungal infection that is common in dogs who have been kept outside in the Southern Arizona desert. It is NOT contagious, and will not shorten his life with proper medication. He will need to take pills twice a day until the infection is completely cleared from his body. That could take a year, or slightly more. The medication is ~$30/month and his adoption will include 6 months of medication. If you want a lovable, loyal dog, then Cosmos is the guy for you! His adoption fee is $150 and that includes de-worming, neuter, DAPP and rabies vaccinations. If you are interested in meeting Cosmos, please contact Delon.Washo@asu.edu or text 602-295-4518.
