This beautiful young man is Monty, an 8 year old redhead that would absolutely love a great home of his own. Monty had a home for many years, but when his owner fell on hard times and found himself homeless, the kindest thing to do for Monty was to give him up. That was way back in April 2012, and Monty has been waiting patiently ever since then to go home. He was quite upset to be uprooted from the only home he had ever known and brought to an unfamiliar place. He was downright unhappy for a while, but with time, patience, and lots of love from our caring staff, Monty finally came around and began looking forward to a happy new future. He moved into our free roaming area where he lives peacefully with the other cats, but still longs for a home of his own. When Monty gets to know you, he will just love being affectionate and mushy with you. He really is such a great guy with lots of love to give, and is hoping for that special someone to come along that will give him that love right back. Please come in and meet our marvelous Monty, and give him the wonderful life that he deserves. File#21422 4/10/12
