Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rhoda has a very sad story. She was witnessed being thrown out the window of a moving car on a TN highway. Incredibly, she has no injuries from the event and was scooped up and cared for immediately by a vet. Rhoda is about 6 months old and weighs just 7.5 lbs. She is very friendly, gets along with other dogs, cats, and loves people. In fact, she is Miss Personality... exceptionally charming, out-going, animated, a bit head-strong, and full of mischief (yes, at 6 months she still likes to chew sometimes). She is an adorable little girl that certainly didn’t deserve the treatment she received. We would like to find Rhoda a special place in a family that loves her completely. ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
