Greetings, everyone, the name is Pacino. Unlike many of my canine pals at the Centre, I grew up in a home with people who said they loved me from the time I was a puppy. Sadly, they were of the opinion that I was getting older and needed more of their time, so they felt that Animatch could do right by me. As a result, here I am. At 7 years old, I know the ropes of living in a house and I’m hoping that it won’t be too long before I am in part of a family again ... furever this time. Now I do snore when I sleep – that comes with the territory when you share your life with a pug. I’m not the silent type when I’m awake either. I’m what they call a heavy breather and I can snort, snuffle and make strange noises that will astonish you! Like all pugs, I have a lot of personality; some might even say that I’m a real clown. I never say no to food; in fact, if you let me I can be quite the glutton. I could lose a pound or two – that will be your responsibility to keep me trim so I don’t develop any health issues. When I give you my sad-eyed look, you will have to be strong. I do enjoy a good walk and will need at least two every day. Some people mistakenly think that Pugs are couch potatoes. We can be but only after we have been tired out. I like being with my humans and I belong in a home where I am not alone all day; Pugs love being with their pack. I am quick to sound the alarm (bark), so apartment/condo living would not be for me. Well, are you looking for a curly-tailed, googly eyed, clown? Look no further. I’m here and can be packed and ready to roll in no time. Fill in that adoption form and maybe you will be the lucky person to share my life.
