My story

If you are looking for a people dog then Blaze might just be your boy! He absolutely loves to be around people and is a very friendly dog. His new family should not mind doggie kisses because this fellow is definitely a Romeo in that regard. He is super affectionate and loves to be wherever his family is. Blaze enjoys other dogs and does great around our cats. We have not seen him with small children but he should do fine with them. Blaze walks well on leash and enjoys our treks around the farm. He is crate-trained and housebroken. His favorite thing to do is to curl up with his person on the couch. On these cold days and nights to come he is sure to be your cuddle buddy! Blaze is 5 years old and weighs 15 lbs. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots. He is on monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks. If you would like to meet Blaze, the first step in our process is the adoption application form which can be completed on line at www.cedarfarmrescue.com. After you have completed the form please call 336.251.8877 to arrange a visit with Blaze at our adoption center in downtown Mocksville. We are there by appointment only so you must call first.
