Autumn's Story...
Please meet Autumn. This gorgeous and sweet dog was on the euthanasia list at Memphis Animal Services. Some times shy dogs just get overlooked and we know that's what happened to this girl. She's quite a dainty thing - we think she has some greyhound in there.

Autumn's adoption donation is $450 and will include her spay surgery, vaccinations, microchip, health certificate and transportation from Memphis to you. Please email alicat_ant@yahoo.com for an adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Autumn, a Nashville Italian Greyhound/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Border Collie for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Border Collie breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
