Ashley's Story...
Meet Ashley! She was on her last safe day at the mega deadly San Bernardino City Shelter. She was surrendered along with the former owners 8 other dogs. Ashley is a sweet girl who loves to play but also loves to just lounge. She absolutely ADORES all people and will instantly be your best friend! While she does ok with submissive dogs, she would do best as an only dog. We believe she is a Pointer/possibly Doberman mix, about 3 years old, spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. If you are interested in adopting this great girl, please fill out our online application:https://theanimalpad.org/applications/adoption
Adoption fee: $200

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ashley, a San Diego Pointer/Doberman Pinscher dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Doberman Pinscher for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Pointer/Doberman Pinscher dog from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Doberman Pinscher breeders who help with Pointer/Doberman Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
