My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sassy was rescued from a breeder as a small puppy. She was very shy and scared. It took many months to get her used to people. This girl is now 3 years old, weighs 90 lbs and is full of love and energy. She does have manners but her need for love and attention over rides her training. So she will nose you, then paw you, then gently raise herself up to eye contact with you. At that point, we usually give in. She loves all the dogs in the rescue and plays well with them. She is the kind of girl that if another dog is being ugly she will correct that behavior, so she would need to have really friendly dogs to play with. She’s ok with cats, crate trained and house trained. She listens well, loves car rides and did we mention loves attention? Ok, she’s a little spoiled. Sassy is still shy in public but responds well.
