Smitty is a male Bichon Frise mix only 1 year in age. He is a smaller guy, weighing in at only 10 pounds full grown. Smitty has a snowy white, very soft coat of curls that is non-shedding. He is a pretty dog with a sweet, friendly, and submissive personality. He is excellent with children and with other dogs. Smitty is very gentle and has a kind heart. He will be thrilled with a home where he can be included as a family member since he delights in people and attention. He will softly put his little paws up on your leg when he wants to be petted and is extremely agreeable. Smitty will do whatever you like and wants to please. He is a good boy in the house and follows you from room to room with his tail curling up over his back and waving merrily like a little flag. He walks nicely on leash and loves strolls through the neighborhood. Smitty is good in public and behaves appropriately when out and about. He rides well in the car and prefers a doggie carseat situated right next to you where he can be your trusty co-pilot. Smitty is sure to be a loyal, loving, and fun young pet and companion. He is very adaptable and is happy with the simple things in life - a warm bed, some good food, and a snuggle here and there. Smitty was brought in stray to a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where we rescued him. He is very healthy and ready for his new forever home today!
Smitty’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Smitty is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Mary, Jerry and Holly and is ready for his forever home.
