Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hello! My name is Mannie and I am a 5 yr. old, 39 lb. beagle basset mix (bagel) that was rescued from a shelter in North Carolina. I am a very sweet boy with a laid-back personality that loves everyone I meet! I spent a little time in a foster home recently and this is what they had to say about me: “Mannie is a loveable & gentle guy who likes to hang close to his humans. He is housetrained and loves to go for walks and explore his surroundings. He enjoys chewing on rawhides and likes playing with squeaky toys. And, let’s not forget about his daily (hourly) belly rubs!
“Mannie loves to eat and really enjoys curling up for naps on comfortable couches and pillows. He would do well in a home with a same-sized dog because he seems to be intimidated by larger dogs. He would probably be okay with a larger dog that has a gentle and accepting nature.”
If you are interested in adding sweet Mannie to your home, please fill out an adoption application that can be obtained by visiting our web site at www.pennyangelsbeaglerescue.com.
