My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Indianapolis, IN. **

Nova is a female 62lb. American Bulldog mix, she is around 5 years old. We pulled her from Indianapolis Animal Care & Control early this summer. She had heartworm disease and went through treatment. She recently tested negative for heartworm. She has an adorable little Bulldog smooshy face.

Nova is a laid back, low energy dog. She absolutely adores people, and likes to snuggle on the couch while you watch a movie. She is very submissive and the first thing she will do when meeting a new person is roll on her back for a tummy rub. She is house and crate trained. Nova likes dogs but requires slow introductions with unfamiliar dogs-- she has been living with dogs and cats since leaving the shelter and does well with both.

Nova loves going for walks and car rides, she loves to give kisses, and wants nothing more than to be a cuddle buddy. She would be a great dog for someone who likes to relax at home and not worry about a high energy dog. She is a sweet soul and has the cutest little black spots on her white fur like a little cow.

Adoptable dogs are always spayed/neutered, up to date with age appropriate vaccines, microchipped, heartworm tested, on monthly preventatives, dewormed, groomed, and in general good physical and behavioral health.

She is available for adoption in Indianapolis, IN and surrounding areas, her adoption fee will be $85. Please contact for more information on Nova or to fill out an application & schedule a meet and greet. All resident dogs must be spayed/neutered, UTD on vaccines, on preventatives, and live indoors. Adoption process includes application, reference check, home check, meet and greet, and contract.

Nova is an adorable love bug in need of a place that will let her snooze on the couch and cuddle as much as she wants, and spoil her. She is a simple gal made of 100% pure love.
