Jeannie's Story...
Jeannie and her sibling, Delilah (Adopted!)... DOB: May, 2013 - spayed, current with all age appropriate vaccines, dewormers, preventatives and microchipped. ...These baby girls were brought to Petsmart, by a nice lady looking for help from the rescue groups. She took the 8 puppies from a family-- she went to adopt one and was told the rest were going to be dumped in the woods...so she took them all. The mother dog was a German Shepherd... Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jeannie, a Newnan German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Newnan, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Newnan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newnan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newnan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newnan paves the way for another one to be saved.
