My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Oreo. She is one of five litter mates that were transferred from another county via a rescue group. They are 4 month old Black Lab mixes. These sweet siblings were living on a farm with many other dogs. They were in good health, but had been in a pack without much human contact, so they are very afraid. Friendship received the pups on 10/31/14 and immediately transferred them to foster homes, so they could have a few days to start getting socialized. They are now back and ready to start their new lives in their forever homes. Boomer and his brothers and sisters will need lots of tender loving care. All have been responding very quickly and positively to the attention they have been receiving. They enjoy being held and petted and are just beginning to experience what life's all about. They will need patient families that are willing to work with them so they can become great family pets. Mocha has already been adopted and her family reports she's very lovable and doing great!

If you have kids and/or another dog in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet. No appointment is necessary. Stop by anytime during regular business hours.
