Finch's Story...
FInch is a darling Pointer/Beagle mix who seems to be about 8-10 months old. He weighs 26 lbs. Poor FInch is not yet socialized, is fearful and not yet housebroken. He is very willing to learn and is gaining confidence on the leash. He likes to be held and does not appear to be fearful of people as he will run to his person for comfort when he is nervous. He seems to be fine with other dogs. Poor little guy, he may not have had a real home so far. Won't you help him settle down and learn how to be the very good dog we know he is?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Finch, a Encino Pointer/Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pointer/Beagle for sale in Encino, or seeking a Pointer/Beagle dog from a breeder in Encino.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Encino already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Encino breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pointer/Beagle breeders who help with Pointer/Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Encino paves the way for another one to be saved.
